Finiqians is free to play. By creating an account you agree to these terms — they exist to keep the game fair and the community worth being part of.
One account per person, and you are responsible for what happens on yours. Keep your password to yourself. You must be at least 13 years old.
No bots, no scripts, no answer-sharing rings, no multiple accounts to farm invites or pad a village’s average. We record technical signals to detect this, and we remove scores, badges or accounts that earned their place dishonestly. A leaderboard only means something if it is real.
No harassment, hate speech, impersonation or spam — in chat, in usernames, in submitted questions, anywhere. Lebanese politics and religion divide enough dinner tables already; keep the game the one place that does not. Moderators may remove content and suspend accounts, with a reason given.
When you submit a trivia question, you give us the right to publish, edit and translate it in the game, credited to your username. Submit only what you have the right to share, and keep it accurate — reviewers check, but the diaspora will absolutely correct you.
The question bank, the app, the phoenix and the name are ours or our licensors’. Play with them, screenshot them, share them — just do not scrape, resell or rebrand them.
We work to keep Finiqians up, but it is provided as-is, without warranties, and we may change or discontinue features. We are not liable for indirect damages; where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us — which, for a free game, says it politely.
You can delete your account whenever you like. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If a rule here is found unenforceable, the rest still stand.
